Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Officer based in Delhi. The Safety Officer will oversee and implement health and safety policies to ensure compliance with safety regulations at the project site. The responsibilities include conducting safety training sessions, investigating workplace accidents, developing risk assessments, ensuring occupational health standards, promoting employee safety, and coordinating security measures to protect staff and resources.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Health & Safety procedures and Occupational Health standards
• Strong skills in Accident Investigations and reporting processes
• Ability to organize and deliver effective Safety Training programs
• Experience in Security protocols and measures
• Familiarity with safety regulations, certifications, and industry compliance standards
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are advantageous
• A background in engineering or safety management is preferred
