Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Officer located in Hyderabad. The Safety Officer will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines, conducting safety training programs, identifying potential hazards, investigating workplace accidents, and implementing strategies to prevent future incidents. Additionally, the Safety Officer will coordinate site security measures and foster a culture of safety and awareness among all workers at the project sites.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices
  • Experience in Accident Investigation to identify causes and prevent future incidents
  • Expertise in Security and site safety protocols
  • Ability to conduct effective and engaging Safety Training sessions
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the construction industry
  • Certification in Occupational Health and Safety or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a safety officer role is an advantage
