Safety Manager/Officers & Safety Supervisors

• Qualification: Degree, ADS, or Diploma in Safety Management, Industrial Safety, or a related field.

• Experience: Relevant experience working with civil contractors or in the construction industry.

• Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures at project sites.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Organize safety training programs and toolbox talks for site personnel.
• Investigate and report incidents, accidents, or near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with site engineers and management to maintain a safe working environment.
• Additional Requirements: Strong knowledge of safety regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to promote a strong safety culture on-site.
