Safety Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures on construction sites
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to ensure compliance with standards
• Train and guide staff on safety protocols, equipment usage, and emergency procedures
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective measures
• Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation for management review
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and ensure adherence to legal and statutory safety requirements
• Promote a culture of safety awareness among employees and contractors
• Recommend improvements in processes to minimize risks and enhance workplace safety
