We are seeking a skilled Safety Manager with a background in Civil Engineering for a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram. The Safety Manager will oversee occupational health, implement safety training programs, conduct thorough accident investigations, and ensure adherence to Environment Health and Safety (EHS) protocols. The role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain a safe and compliant workplace, as well as addressing industrial safety concerns to create and uphold a culture of safety.

• Proficiency in Occupational Health and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standards
• Experience in designing and delivering comprehensive Safety Training programs
• Skilled in Accident Investigation procedures and reporting
• Strong knowledge of Industrial Safety practices and regulations
• Ability to assess risk, implement preventative measures, and ensure workplace compliance
• Educational background in civil engineering or a related field
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Relevant certifications in safety management and EHS compliance are an advantage
