Safety Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs and policies that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections across all facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, including but not limited to OSHA, environmental regulations, and industry-specific guidelines.
• Provide engaging and effective safety training to all employees, fostering a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
• Investigate and report on all incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and documentation, including incident reports, training logs, and audit findings.
• Collaborate with all departments to integrate safety into daily operations and decision-making processes.
• Stay updated on new safety technologies, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve our safety performance.

Qualifications:

• UG: Any Graduate
• PG: Any Postgraduate
• Proven experience in a senior safety role, preferably within the automobile manufacturing or related industry.
• Deep understanding of occupational health and safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective safety training programs.
• Certifications in safety management (e.g., CSP, NEBOSH) are highly desirable.
