Safety Engineer

We're Hiring | Safety Officer

Location: Gandhinagar (Zundal–Tragad Road, Chandkheda)

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Safety Officer to join our team for construction/infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure implementation of all safety policies, procedures, and site safety regulations

• Conduct routine site inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions

• Monitor PPE compliance and workplace safety standards

• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training

• Maintain safety records, permits, reports, and documentation

• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss cases with corrective actions

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers for safety compliance

• Ensure fire safety and emergency response procedures are followed

• Assist in safety audits and statutory inspections

• Promote a strong safety culture across the site

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant field

• Certification in Industrial Safety / Fire & Safety preferred

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects

• Good knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance standards

• Strong communication and coordination skills
