1.To take regular rounds of the site and to take corrective actions for non compliances.
2.To monitor the activities and ensuring safety compliances.
3.To ensure permits and SOP'S
4.Ensure compliances according to ISO 45001:2018.
5.Monitoring daily TBT and mass pep talk.
6.Inspection and audits on regular basis at site.
7.Preparation of safety observation reports according to the findings and unsafe act and condition.
8.Maintaining and updating permit details.
9.Conducting training for workmen and contractors on various topics.
10.Maintaining safety standards at site and giving BBS counselling to workmen for unsafe act.
11.Performing inspections of all machinery and tools and tackles.
12.Carry out investigation for first aid cases ,near miss and other incidents at site and prepare report for the same .
13.Preparing JSA and method statement with consultation of execution team.
