Role & Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and generate new sales leads, nurturing relationships
with new and existing clients in industries
Demonstrate and sell safety equipment, personal protective equipment
(PPE), fire protection systems, or safety training services.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and negotiate
contracts to close sales, meeting or exceeding monthly/annual targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to
improve sales strategies.
Nurture relationships with key clients, handle inquiries, and resolve
issues.
Assess client sites to identify hazards and recommend suitable safety
products or solutions.
Provide training and demonstrations to clients on the correct usage and
maintenance of safety equipment.
Ensure all sold products and recommended practices comply with local
safety laws and standards
Investigate, if necessary, safety incidents at client sites to recommend
corrective actions or new equipment
Create, update, and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
Investigate accidents, near-misses, and occupational illnesses to
determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Prepare & Submit the Documentation which need by customer.
Verify & Sign the installation work each bill of contractor.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Safety Management, or a related
field.
Strong understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and
safety equipment functionality.
Possession of safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP, or local safety
certifications) is highly desirable.
