Job Summary:

They are looking for a Safety Coordinator who will ensure safe working conditions at construction sites. The candidate will coordinate with clients and internal teams to follow safety rules, prevent accidents, and maintain proper safety records.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle safety activities for multiple construction sites in Gurugram & Noida
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for safety compliance
• Conduct project kick-off meetings and explain safety requirements
• Prepare safety documents like Method Statement, OHS Plan, and Risk Assessment (HIRA)
• Conduct safety training for workers and staff (classroom and on-site)
• Plan and manage PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements
• Perform regular site safety inspections and audits
• Ensure Permit to Work (PTW) system is followed for high-risk activities
• Monitor work at height, lifting operations, and hot work activities
• Maintain safety records such as training records, permits, inspections, and worker details
• Report safety violations, near misses, and incidents (LTI, MTI, etc.)
• Track safety performance and prepare monthly MIS reports

Education & Qualification:

• B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Full-time) – Minimum 60% marks
• ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) – Mandatory

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 4–6 years of experience in construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in high-rise building projects
• Good knowledge of safety practices like work at height and lifting operations
• Experience in handling multiple construction sites/projects
• Strong understanding of safety rules, risk assessment, and compliance
• Good communication skills to coordinate with clients and site teams
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Willing to travel across Gurugram & Noida sites
