Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Pipeline Creation
- Identify and engage target accounts through LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities across assigned sectors and territories
- Research and understand client business needs to tailor outreach effectively
Discovery, Demos & Solution Selling
- Lead discovery sessions to uncover operational pain points and quantify business impact
- Conduct software demonstrations highlighting real-world workflows such as work orders, inspections, IT tickets, incident reporting, and analytics
- Help prospects overcome common operational software challenges including UI issues, data inconsistencies, and missing features
- Position the benefits of modernization, AI-enabled automation, and natural language engagement to improve adoption and data quality
- Collaborate with internal teams to address prospect queries and support the sales cycle
