Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Pipeline Creation

  • Identify and engage target accounts through LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities across assigned sectors and territories
  • Research and understand client business needs to tailor outreach effectively

Discovery, Demos & Solution Selling

  • Lead discovery sessions to uncover operational pain points and quantify business impact
  • Conduct software demonstrations highlighting real-world workflows such as work orders, inspections, IT tickets, incident reporting, and analytics
  • Help prospects overcome common operational software challenges including UI issues, data inconsistencies, and missing features
  • Position the benefits of modernization, AI-enabled automation, and natural language engagement to improve adoption and data quality
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address prospect queries and support the sales cycle
