Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative /
Business Development professional with 6–10 years of experience to drive pipeline
generation and new business opportunities. The role focuses on identifying prospects,
initiating conversations, and supporting the sales team in closing high-quality deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound
channels
• Research target accounts and build a strong sales pipeline
• Initiate contact with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation
strategies
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and activity details
• Track outreach performance and continuously improve conversion rates
Requirements:
• 6–10 years of experience in Sales Development / Business Development (preferably
in SaaS)
• Strong experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and pipeline building
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand business problems and position solutions effectively
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Preferred:
• Experience in B2B SaaS or product-based companies
• Exposure to international markets or enterprise clients
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce
