Sell AI that factory managers can actually see working. At Biz-Tech Analytics, our SaaS platform turns existing CCTV cameras into intelligent monitoring systems tracking productivity, quality, and safety on the shop floor.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive new business: prospect, qualify, and close mid-market and enterprise accounts in manufacturing
Deliver product demos and value-based pitches to Plant Managers, Operations Directors, and CXOs
Develop and execute territory plans to consistently hit monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles across procurement, IT, operations, and finance
Manage the full sales lifecycle: cold outreach, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and contract close
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product on messaging and post-close handoffs
Represent Biz-Tech at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product and GTM strategy
REQUIREMENTS
34 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
Experience pitching and closing SaaS solutions ideally to manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain buyers
Understanding of manufacturing processes, ERP systems, MES platforms, or shop-floor operations
Excellent communication: you can translate technical AI capabilities into clear business ROI for a plant manager
Self-starter who thrives in a high-velocity sales environment with minimal hand-holding
Willingness to travel for factory visits, demos, and client meetings
Must work from our Delhi office this is an in-person role
NICE TO HAVE
Prior experience selling ERP, MES, IoT, or Industry 4.0 SaaS solutions
Existing network in manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, or industrial sectors
Experience in consultative selling within regulated or compliance-heavy environments
THIS ROLE ISN'T FOR YOU IF
Your sales experience is entirely in B2C or non-SaaS this is a B2B SaaS role selling to manufacturing
You've never sold to manufacturing or industrial buyers and aren't interested in learning the domain
You're not comfortable with cold outreach and full-cycle selling (no SDR handoffs here)
You expect a large team and established playbooks we're building the sales engine, not maintaining it
