SaaS Sales (AI Tools) Manager

Max My Sales is hiring a highly proactive SaaS (AI Tools) Sales Manager to drive new customer acquisition, build a strong sales pipeline, and close deals for our WhatsApp business automation and CRM platform.

Role Overview

We are looking for a self-driven, ambitious, and highly proactive sales professional with proven experience in selling SaaS-based applications. The ideal candidate should be confident in prospecting, lead generation, consultative selling, demos, follow-ups, and closing deals.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can take full ownership of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified SaaS sales opportunities.
  • Understand client business needs and present Max My Sales as the right solution.
  • Conduct product demos and sales presentations for prospects.
  • Follow up consistently and move leads through the sales funnel effectively.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Work closely with the founders, marketing, and product teams to improve conversions and customer feedback.

Required Skills and Experience

  • SaaS application sales experience is a must.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in software, CRM, automation, martech, or SaaS products.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and target driven.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Comfortable working independently in a startup environment.
  • Experience in using CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up persistently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to real estate, education, travel, e-commerce, or service businesses.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp automation, CRM, lead management, or business communication tools.
  • Startup sales experience with ownership mentality.
