Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling ad copies and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
