Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new B2B leads through research, outreach, and strategic prospecting.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from initial contact to deal closure.

  • Conduct compelling product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.

  • Handle objections with confidence and negotiate contracts effectively.

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to drive retention and growth.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to align on client feedback and needs.



Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or a similar role.

  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales automation tools.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and customer pain points.

  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
