Job Title: SaaS Implementation Lead
Experience: 5-15 Years
Qualification BE / B. Tech / M. Tech - Computer Engineering
Role & Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:

Implement, develop, and maintain the SaaS service that has been decided to be introduced in Japan.
Consider the possibility of expanding the SaaS service to overseas regions in the future.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in SaaS implementation, cloud, and DX initiatives
Strong expertise in end-to-end SaaS onboarding, deployment, and rollout (mandatory)
Minimum 3 years of team management / leadership experience
Experience in system development, preferably in banking/financial domain or Japanese organizations
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
Proficiency in programming languages - Java, Python, or C++
Strong knowledge of web technologies - HTTP, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs
Experience working with Linux/Unix environments, system software, and integrations
Good understanding of database design and SQL queries
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, with a proactive and result-driven approach
