We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SaaS ERP Oracle Financials Cloud Specialist/Consultant to join our enterprise solutions team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Financials Cloud modules within a SaaS environment. This role requires a strong understanding of financial business processes, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to guide clients through successful cloud ERP transformations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in the implementation of Oracle Financials Cloud modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Tax, Project Financials, etc.).
- Conduct business requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients to understand their financial processes and map them to Oracle Financials Cloud functionalities.
- Configure and customize Oracle Financials Cloud modules to meet specific business needs, including setup, master data configuration, and transaction processing.
- Develop and execute test plans (Unit, SIT, UAT) to ensure the configured solution meets design specifications and business requirements.
- Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Financials Cloud applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations between Oracle Financials Cloud and other enterprise systems.
- Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions to facilitate successful adoption of the new system.
- Guide clients through data migration strategies and support data loading activities into Oracle Financials Cloud.
- Stay updated with new Oracle Financials Cloud features, releases, and industry best practices to advise clients on continuous improvements.
- Manage project tasks and deliverables effectively, ensuring adherence to timelines and scope.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and effort estimations, as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Financials Cloud modules in a SaaS environment.
- Strong functional understanding of core financial business processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report).
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle Financials Cloud.
- Familiarity with Oracle's Cloud implementation methodologies (e.g., Oracle Unified Method - OUM).
- Experience with financial reporting tools within Oracle Cloud.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Relevant Oracle Cloud certifications are a significant advantage.
