Requirements : -
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in SaaS customer support, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role, ideally in a Supply Chain SaaS environment
- Experience in setting up a Customer Support Organization is a strong plus
Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer support metrics, and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from analytics.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to be hands-on with operational tickets management and next moment discuss future customer solutions with customer executive management
- Fluent English in word and speech and customer facing experience
Technical Expertise
- Familiarity with customer support platforms (e.g., AHA, Confluence, JIRA, Salesforce)
- Knowledge of CRM and analytics tools.
- Experience with ITIL, Six Sigma, SCOR/APICS or other operational frameworks is a plus.
