We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growth team. As a BDE at Curefy, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue by giving product demos, converting leads, and closing deals with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultations for prospective customers (inbound & outbound).
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of Curefy and tailor the pitch based on the professional's needs.
- Manage the sales funnel from lead qualification to conversion and follow-ups.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling.
- Work closely with the onboarding and customer success teams to ensure smooth handover and customer satisfaction.
- Collect and share market and customer feedback to help improve the product and sales strategy.
- Use CRM tools to track pipeline, sales activities, and performance metrics.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven ability to give effective product demos and close deals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and a self-starter attitude.
- Comfort with working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Proficient in Hindi & English.
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Understanding of the SaaS or HealthTech space.
