Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growth team. As a BDE at Curefy, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue by giving product demos, converting leads, and closing deals with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and consultations for prospective customers (inbound & outbound).
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of Curefy and tailor the pitch based on the professional's needs.
  • Manage the sales funnel from lead qualification to conversion and follow-ups.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling.
  • Work closely with the onboarding and customer success teams to ensure smooth handover and customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and share market and customer feedback to help improve the product and sales strategy.
  • Use CRM tools to track pipeline, sales activities, and performance metrics.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven ability to give effective product demos and close deals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and a self-starter attitude.
  • Comfort with working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Proficient in Hindi & English.

Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Understanding of the SaaS or HealthTech space.
