The role is field-centric and requires frequent on-site customer interactions, demos, and territory development.
Primary Title: SaaS Account Executive
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle for Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime SaaS offerings—prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
- Deliver on-site product demonstrations and business needs assessments; tailor solution proposals and commercial terms to SMB and mid-market customers.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline in CRM, maintain accurate forecasting, and produce regular activity and pipeline reports.
- Negotiate contracts, finalize deals, and coordinate with billing and legal teams to ensure timely revenue recognition.
- Collaborate with implementation and customer-success teams to ensure smooth handover, timely onboarding, and high first-time-right deployment rates.
- Represent the company at local events, partner meetings, and customer workshops to grow market share within assigned territories.
