Overview of the Position
We are looking for an experienced Embedded Hardware & Power Electronics Engineer with strong knowledge in power electronics design, signal conditioning, and embedded systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware development, power stage design, motor control systems, and embedded electronics.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop embedded hardware and power electronics systems.
- Work on power stage design with filters considering Analog, Digital, and Isolated grounds.
- Develop and support motor control driver circuits and PWM-based applications.
- Perform schematic and signal analysis using LT Spice, MATLAB, and Simulink.
- Design power supply systems including Boost and Buck converters.
- Work on signal conditioning and board-level hardware design.
- Support PCB layout, board development, and hardware debugging activities.
- Assist in Hardware-Software Integration (HSI) testing.
- Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC standards during design and development.
- Prepare and maintain product-specific technical documentation.
Education Qualification
- BE / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Experience
Essential Functional / Technical Competencies
- Experience in Power Electronics design involving MOSFETs, Drivers, and Power Stage Design.
- Knowledge of Analog, Digital, and Isolated Ground considerations.
- Experience in Motor Control Drivers and PWM techniques.
- Hands-on experience with LT Spice, MATLAB, and Simulink for schematic and signal analysis.
- Experience in Power Supply Design (Boost & Buck Converters).
- Strong knowledge in Signal Conditioning and Board-Level Design.
- Good understanding of PCB Layout and Board Development.
- Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in preparing product-specific documentation.
Desired Functional / Technical Competencies
- Good understanding of EMI/EMC standards.
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN, I2C, SPI, and UART.
- Experience in Hardware-Software Integration testing.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
