Drive integrations with SAP FSM/BTP/CPI/Service Cloud and ensure cross-module integration with SD, PM, PS, PTP, RTR, ECM, SSAM.
Advise on compatibility pack timelines and guide migration toward S/4HANA Service.
Stay abreast of SAP release notes and best practices; bring innovation ideas to the service portfolio.
Required Qualifications
710+ years in SAP functional roles with 5+ years specific to SAP CRM Service and 3+ years in S/4HANA Service Management.
Experience configuring transaction types, item categories, action profiles, status management, partner determination, and pricing in CRM.
Hands-on in S/4HANA Service: service orders, quotations, confirmations, service contracts.
Strong cross-module integration (SD, PM, PS, PTP, RTR, ECM, SSAM and SAP FSM) and integration experience with CPI.
Strong experience in integration with PI/PO as well for the custom enhancements and ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and explore solutions to meet requirements.
Help support reporting team with field mapping exercise and reporting support experience.
End-to-end testing leadership, documentation, and release coordination.
Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to lead workshops.
