S2P - Process Developer

Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer - Purchasing Operations / Transactional Procurement

In this role you will perform standard purchasing tasks to procure materials and services with specified levels of quality, delivery and total cost.

In this role you will deliver high-quality, cross-culturally competent customer-oriented service within the assigned area of purchases and should always look improvements and efficiencies.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Receive and review the purchase requisitions in client systems

• Liaison with business stakeholders to understand the business requirements and missing information.

• Validate, review quote and supporting documentation attached in the purchase requisition.

• Perform compliance check adherence to Preferred supplier list, contracts.

• Create Purchase Orders in the relevant system.

• Follow up for PO acknowledgement.

• Create customized Reports around process performance, Service Levels.

• Complete all process deliverables as per process Service Levels.

• Support team lead in process Deliverables.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: University Graduate

• Specialized Knowledge: Relevant experience in procurement operations, PR to PO management

• Skills:

• Good Verbal and written communication skills in English

• Teamwork

• Basic analytics

• Systems and Tools:

• Beginner in MS Office

• Knowledge of procurement platforms (SAP, Jaggaer)

• Experience: preferably in Procurement or Sourcing
