- Use your Japanese language expertise to lead our collaborations and initiatives in Japan geography.
- Be the Business/Process Practitioner to lead whiteboarding sessions with senior business stakeholders.
- Have experience in Business Architecture Framing with help of Operating Model Design, Value Chain Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping, Business Capability Modelling etc.
- Be adept in Process Discovery and/or Improvement initiatives.
- Aid in asset, accelerator, use case creation and enhancement Contribute to business development initiatives and display ability to solve complex business problems
- Fluency in speaking, reading and writing Japanese language, with excellent understanding of the Japanese culture and way of working (Mandatory)
- Strong analytical skills to reach clear-cut, methodical solutions
- Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client delight
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
