Job Responsibilities:
u2022 Manages commercial partnerships with customers in a specific country or key market, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving mutual growth and success through strategic collaboration and effective relationship management.
u2022 Implements achievable strategies, objectives, and tactical plans for the market, aligned with central sales leadershipu2019s business management and customer strategy, sales performance optimization and reporting objectives, segmentation, commercial policies, and profitability, performance, and workforce guidelines.
u2022 Manages the commercial team in the markets by working closely with both market stakeholders and other functions to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.
u2022 Adheres to strategic goals, makes final decisions on administrative or operational issues, and tackles moderate problems requiring in-depth company knowledge to ensure the effective achievement of objectives.
u2022 Implements corporate development of methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and personnel, while ensuring that budgets and schedules comply with corporate requirements.
u2022 Assists in development of territory plans and engages in both strategic and tactical planning to effectively align goals, allocate resources, and drive performance across designated regions.
u2022 Executes go-to-market strategies for new services, bolsters sales efforts and campaigns, and monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness.
u2022 Adheres to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness for a function/region/business.
u2022 Manages talent across the team, while driving employee selection, performance management, compensation management, career development, and ensuring effective operational management.
Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's/ Master's Degree Business Administration, Project Management, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 15 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 13 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Sales Strategy, Business Development, E-commerce, Sales Operations, Marketing technology, Healthcare, MedTech or equivalent.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companyu2019s main facilities, generally at the customersu2019 or suppliersu2019 locations.
