Roles & Responsibilities :
SAP S/4 HANA HR ABAPWith 5 to 8years of SAP S/4 HANA Development experience.
Extensive knowledge and experience onODATA Services, CDS, S4HANA (AMDP, CDS, Modelling & Scripting)
Expertise inRAP,Good working experience on RICEF objects ( Reports, Interface, Conversions, Enhancements and Forms ).
Extensive experience inHCM (HR Module )processes and related ABAP development.
Strong proficiency inObject-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP).
Solid experience in developingModule Poolbased user interfaces.
ExcellentTroubleshooting and Debugging skillswithin SAP environments.
Proactive consulting and development of user stories in the context of SAP HR. We are looking for a full-stack developer with sound knowledge of SAP ABAP and UI5, as well as a strong functional and process-oriented understanding of HR.
Proven experience utilizingABAP 7.4+ syntaxand features.
Hands-on development experience withFunction ModulesandRemote Function Calls (RFCs).
Experience in designing and implementing variousSAP interfacetechnologies.
Experience withLSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench)for data migration activities.
Experience withRICEF(Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) objects.
Solid understanding and experience withALE (Application Link Enabling)andIDoc (Intermediate Document)framework.
Experience working withcross-application developmentscenarios in SAP.
Develop and implementtechnical specifications
Understandfunctional specifications
Develop and implementProgram Objects
Performunit testing
Support other forms of testing
Support functional consultants indesigning solutionsfor the gaps identified
Good to have knowledge onS/4 HANAand latest SAP technology
Educational qualification:
Resource should have an Professional graduation in Engineering or equivalent qualification
Additional Associated degree preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routinesand standard accepted practices
