What we are looking for: S/4 HANA Service Functional Consultant
Interview Mode: virtual discussion (via MS Teams)
Interview Location : PAN INDIA
Exp : 8-13 Yrs
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to service management processes
- Design and configure S/4HANA Service Management solutions (service contracts, service orders, repairs)
- Configure pricing, billing, and service execution processes in SAP S/4HANA
- Integrate Service module with SD, MM, PM and other SAP modules
- Support end-to-end service lifecycle (request planning execution billing analysis)
- Prepare functional specifications (RICEFW) and coordinate with technical teams
- Perform testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and ensure solution quality
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support
- Collaborate with stakeholders and act as a bridge between business and IT teams
- Drive process improvements, enhancements, and system optimization
