Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an RVSF Executive located in Shrirampur. The RVSF Executive will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Regional Vehicle Service Facility (RVSF), ensuring efficient and effective operations. Responsibilities include managing workflows, coordinating with service teams, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery, and supporting operational and administrative tasks to meet organizational objectives. The executive will also be responsible for reporting key performance metrics and resolving service-related issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair processes, and service management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients
- Organizational and administrative skills to manage daily operations and coordinate team efforts
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for service documentation and reporting
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently if required
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Automotive Engineering, Business Management, or related fields
- Experience in the automotive service sector or similar industries is a strong advantage
