Mandatory Skills
- 2–3 years of practical Rust development experience with direct code contributions (not merely listed as a skill).
- Proven Rust projects showing real-world implementation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of Rust's ownership model, borrowing rules, error handling, and async/await programming patterns.
- Proficiency with Cargo, Crates, and Rust module/package management.
- Solid background in networking (TCP/IP, sockets), concurrency, or systems-level programming.
- Proven ability to apply Rust's memory safety principles in production or performance-critical environments.
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., cargo test, proptest) and debugging/optimization tools in Rust.
