Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Rural Sales Manager, based in Jhansi. The Rural Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in designated rural markets, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with customers and distributors. The role involves monitoring sales performance, identifying new market opportunities, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and meeting targeted sales objectives. Regular reporting and ensuring customer satisfaction are also key aspects of the position.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
