Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Panipat, where the production of rugs and carpet sampling will be the primary responsibility. The role involves overseeing the creation of high-quality samples, ensuring adherence to design specifications, coordinating with production teams, monitoring quality standards, and managing inventory for sample materials. Additional duties may include collaboration with designers and resolving production challenges to meet project deadlines effectively.

• Experience with rug and carpet production techniques, material handling, and sampling processes
• Understanding of quality control standards and attention to detail in textile manufacturing
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively with production and design teams
• Proficiency in managing inventory and tracking materials efficiently
• Ability to meet deadlines and resolve production challenges in a time-sensitive environment
• Prior experience in textiles for atleast 5 years
• Graduate qualification in Textile Engineering, Design, or a similar discipline is a plus
