Job Description

Full Stack Development Write clean, maintainable backend code in Ruby on Rails and build responsive, high-performance front-end user experiences.
Cloud & Infrastructure Deploy, manage, and scale applications securely within the AWS Cloud environment.
CI/CD & Automation Design and maintain automated deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions to ensure fast, reliable delivery.
Observability Monitor system health, performance, and logs using Elastic Observability to proactively identify and resolve production issues.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience 8–10 years of professional software engineering experience.
Backend Strong, production-proven expertise with Ruby on Rails.
Front-End Solid proficiency in front-end engineering concepts and core web technologies.
Cloud Hands-on experience managing and deploying infrastructure on AWS.
CI/CD Deep understanding of CI/CD & automation, specifically using GitHub Actions.
Monitoring Practical experience with Elastic Observability for application performance monitoring (APM) and logging.
