Ruby on Rails Lead

We are looking for a Ruby on Rails (RoR) Lead with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, application design, development, and team management while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis & Client Interaction: Gather, analyze, and design application interfaces while interacting with clients to understand their needs.

Full-Stack Development:

• Strong experience in Ruby on Rails (RoR) for backend development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for front-end development.
• Database Management: Hands-on experience with MySQL/SQL; knowledge of database design is a plus.
• Project Leadership & Execution:
• Ability to take complete ownership of projects and deliver mission-critical solutions.
• Oversee the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ensure quality output.
• Team & Project Management:
• Lead and mentor teams while managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Exhibit leadership qualities and drive collaboration.
• Continuous Learning & Innovation:
• Adapt to cutting-edge technologies and be a quick learner.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

4-10 years of hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails development

Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery

Proficiency in MySQL/SQL and experience in database design is a plus

Experience in requirement gathering, project planning, and SDLC

Excellent team management, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills with experience in client interactions
