Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong expertise in Ruby and Ruby on Rails
- Experience leading teams and owning delivery
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Experience with RSpec practices
- Solid knowledge of secure coding practices (SOLID)
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Core Technologies: Ruby, Ruby on Rails , MVC architecture, RESTful API design and OWASP best practices
- Databases & Data: PostgreSQL / MySQL

- Architecture & Integration: Microservices and event-driven architectures

Experience
- 4 yrs. plus of experience on RoR development
