Roles & Responsibilities:
• 5 years of postcollegiate software development experience with Ruby on Rails as the primary technology
• Strong handson experience designing developing and maintaining scalable productiongrade Ruby on Rails applications
• Solid understanding of Rails conventions MVC architecture ActiveRecord background jobs and performance optimization
• Secondary Supporting Skills
• Experience with other mainstream programming languages such as Java C C C or similar is a plus
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and buildingconsuming web services REST SOAP APIs
• Experience with B2B integrations familiarity with middleware platforms such as webMethods is a bonus
• Exposure to largescale ERP systems is highly desirable
• Prior experience architecting and integrating business solutions using middleware platforms relational databases RDBMS and scripting languages
