Job Description
- Should have minimum 5+ years of experience in Ruby / Ruby on Rails.
- Should have minimum 5+ years of experience in Angular, HTML5, CSS and Communication with RESTful web services from JavaScript.
- Vast experience in building and scaling distributed, highly available system.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, problem solving, and social skills.
- Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming and design.
- Experience with Redis/Memcache based caching, RDBMS engines (Postgres).
- Using the latest front-end technology, creating adaptable interfaces for online apps.
- Ability to provide basic server support as it relates to web development (IIS, DNS, permissions) and work with our networking team for more advanced server configuration/support.
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
- Evaluate and propose improvements to existing system.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
- Contributions to Open Source projects would be a plus.
- Prior experience on working with US Healthcare domain preferable.
- Experience on Agile/SCRUM methodologies with be added advantage.
