  • Work with a Global GCC setup.
  • Governance and stake holder management within the organisation.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage the Record-to-Report (RTR) operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
  • Supervise the preparation of financial statements and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address financial queries and provide necessary insights.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in RTR operations.
  • Support audits by preparing required documentation and addressing audit queries.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the RTR team, fostering a culture of growth and accountability

The Successful Applicant

A successful Candidate should have:

  • A professional qualification(CA) in accounting or finance.
  • Experience in the automotive industry or a related field.
  • Proficiency in managing Record-to-Report (RTR) operations.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
