Job Description

Lead and manage the Record-to-Report (RTR) operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
Supervise the preparation of financial statements and related documentation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address financial queries and provide necessary insights.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in RTR operations.
Support audits by preparing required documentation and addressing audit queries.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the RTR team, fostering a culture of growth and accountability

The Successful Applicant

A successful Candidate should have:

A professional qualification(CA) in accounting or finance.
Experience in the automotive industry or a related field.
Proficiency in managing Record-to-Report (RTR) operations.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements.
Effective communication and collaboration skills
