Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Record to Report (RTR) professional to join our finance team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the RTR process, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to the preparation of accurate financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the record to report (RTR) process end-to-end.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
