Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RTR (Record to Report) Associate to join our finance team. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and variances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
