As a Digital Design Engineer, a typical day involves designing and implementing digital circuits and systems with a strong emphasis on optimizing logic, timing, and power consumption. The role includes writing register transfer level code, performing simulations, and verifying designs to ensure they meet specified performance criteria. Collaboration is a key aspect, working closely with physical design, verification, and software teams to integrate and validate the digital design within the broader system. This position requires a balance of technical precision and teamwork to deliver efficient and reliable digital solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead design reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure design quality and adherence to project timelines.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous learning and development.- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve integration challenges and improve overall system performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in RTL Coding.- Strong understanding of digital circuit design principles including logic synthesis and timing analysis.- Experience with simulation and verification tools to validate design functionality and performance.- Familiarity with power optimization techniques and methodologies in digital design.- Ability to collaborate effectively with physical design and software teams to ensure seamless integration.- Skilled in debugging and troubleshooting RTL code to identify and resolve design issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in RTL Coding.- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
