RTL DESIGN ENGINEER

THE ROLE:

We are looking for an adaptive, self-motivative design engineer to join our growing Graphics/AI/ML team. As a key contributor, you will be part of a leading team who are responsible for micro-architecting, designing, and delivering Graphics and AI/ML subsystems.

THE PERSON:

You have a passion for modern, complex processor architecture, digital design, and verification in general. You are a team player who has excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with other engineers located in different sites/time zones. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are willing to learn and ready to take on problems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with Architects, ASIC designers and verification engineers to define and document block micro-architecture and analyze architectural trade-offs based on features, performance and system requirements.
  • Responsible for owning full design cycle from micro architecture, implementation and deliver high quality design.
  • Design with multi-clock, high frequency designs, low latency, low power & high performance

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 6+ years of experience in Digital design and RTL (System Verliog) development
  • Should be well versed with design quality checks, synthesis, timing closure and post silicon validation
  • Familiarity with low power design and low power flow is an added plus
  • Must have scripting knowledge in either python/Perl
  • Experience in designs focused on GPU/CPU/AIL/ML pipelines, arbiters, scheduling, bus protocols & interconnects and Caches.
  • Exposure to Computer Architecture and Computer Arithmetic is required.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in computer engineering/Electrical Engineering
