General Summary
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled RTL Design Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of experience in RTL design and verification. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ARM coresight components, APB protocol, and SoC debug architecture. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and verifying complex digital designs for cutting-edge SoC projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement RTL designs using Verilog/SystemVerilog.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define microarchitecture for various subsystems.
- Perform synthesis, static timing analysis, and formal verification.
- Optimize designs for power, performance, and area.
- Work on SoC integration, focusing on ARM-based architectures.
- Debug and resolve design issues, ensuring robust and high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in RTL design and verification.
- Proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog and RTL coding techniques.
- Experience with ARM coresight components and APB protocol.
- Strong understanding of SoC debug architecture.
- Familiarity with industry-standard front-end tools and flows (e.g., Lint, CDC, STA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of DFT concepts and design for testability.
- Experience with standard interfaces like SPI, I2C, and CAN.
- Strong understanding of constraints, timing analysis, and optimization techniques.
- Experience with formal verification tools and simulators.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
