Job Title: RTL Lead

Role Summary:

We're looking for an RTL Architect who can transform product intent into elegant micro-architecture. This role is perfect for someone who sees the bigger picture, guides teams, and makes impactful technical decisions. If you enjoy leading design direction and driving innovation, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define micro-architecture for complex SoCs/IPs
• Review and optimize RTL for PPA (Power, Performance, Area)
• Drive design closure with cross-functional teams
• Write architecture and design specifications
• Own technical decision-making and lead design reviews
• Collaborate with PD, DV, and system architects
• RTL coding is a must-have skill for this role

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in RTL coding using Verilog/SystemVerilog
• Knowledge of low-power design techniques
• Familiarity with linting, CDC/RDC checks, and formal verification
• Understanding of AMBA protocols (AXI, AHB, APB)
• Ability to optimize RTL for Power, Performance, and Area (PPA)
