Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role inKarnataka, Chattisgadh, Rajasthan, Banaras, New Delhi, Kerala, Maharastra etc .for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) specializing in Homeopathy. The role involves overseeing sales operations within the assigned region, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales representatives. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with clients, conducting market analysis, and training team members to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or homeopathy industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and create effective strategies.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field; knowledge of homeopathy is an added advantage.
• Availability to travel frequently within the assigned region as required.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
