About The Opportunity
A growth-stage SaaS and cloud communications company operating in the Customer Engagement & Cloud Communications sector. We provide enterprise-grade voice, contact-center and omnichannel engagement solutions that help organisations improve customer experience, reduce operating costs, and scale support operations across India.
We are hiring a hands-on Regional Sales Manager to own revenue delivery, partner expansion and new account acquisition across an assigned region in India. This is an on-site role that combines field selling, partner management and strong commercial acumen.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end regional sales: build pipeline, qualify opportunities, and close net-new enterprise and mid-market accounts to hit revenue targets.
- Manage and grow key accounts: deepen relationships with strategic customers to drive upsell, renewals and long-term retention.
- Develop and execute territory plans: prioritise verticals, identify high-potential accounts, and allocate resources for maximum ROI.
- Recruit, enable and coordinate channel partners: onboard resellers and systems integrators, run joint GTM activities and monitor partner performance.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product and customer success: align on solution demos, proposals, implementations and post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and market feedback: maintain CRM hygiene, report pipeline metrics, and surface product/market insights to inform roadmap and pricing.

Qualifications & Fit
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets in B2B SaaS, telecom or cloud communications sales.
- Strong commercial judgement with experience building territory plans and managing complex sales cycles involving technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and working on-site across the assigned region in India.
