Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) or Area Sales Manager (ASM) specializing in Horeca, Railway, and CPC channels. Responsibilities include managing and expanding sales operations within the assigned region, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, achieving sales targets, and identifying growth opportunities. The role will also involve setting sales strategies, training team members, and monitoring market trends to guide business development initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Sales and business development skills, including experience in Horeca, Railway, and CPC channels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to strategize, analyze market trends, and develop sales plans to achieve targets
  • Team leadership and training experience to guide and motivate sales teams
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and the ability to use CRM tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in the FMCG or food and beverage sector is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
