Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) located in PUNJAB. As an RSM, you will be responsible for driving sales across your designated territory, maintaining and expanding dealer and distributor relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Key tasks will include analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also coordinate with internal teams to deliver robust support for customers and distributors while ensuring the effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to manage and grow dealer and distributor networks
- Expertise in market analysis, sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Leadership experience in managing sales teams and coordinating internal operations
- Familiarity with the energy, battery, or renewable energy sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a preferred qualification
- Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and a results-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
