Job Summary
- We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Chartered Accountant to join our internal finance team.
- The ideal candidate should be an all-rounder with a good understanding of accounting, taxation, audit, and compliance.
- This role offers exposure across multiple finance functions and an opportunity to work with tools like Tally, Excel, and Computax for real-time accounting and tax management.
Key Responsibilities
- Overview day-to-day accounting and ensure accuracy in books of accounts.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements - Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow.
- Lead internal and statutory audits; ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards.
- Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings and reconciliation using Computax and other tools.
- Maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and financial analysis for management review.
- Assist in process improvement and implementation of internal financial controls.
- Coordinate with internal teams for information flow and documentation.
- Lead Inventory and Fixed Assets Audit.
- Coordinate with clients to provide quality services.
- Lead Global Compliances for multiple countries.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, and auditing principles.
- Working knowledge of Tally, Computax, and MS Excel (mandatory).
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliances.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and take ownership.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
