Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced
RPO Recruiter with strong knowledge of both
IT and Non-IT recruitment. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submitting qualified candidates based on client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Understand client requirements, JDs, skills, and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, referrals, and Boolean/X-Ray searches.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, work authorization, and compensation.
- Conduct initial phone/video interviews and candidate assessments.
- Present qualified candidates to clients/hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, and offers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM.
- Meet daily/weekly submission and placement targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Work closely with clients and internal recruitment teams.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in RPO or staffing.
- Strong understanding of both IT and Non-IT hiring.
- Experience with U.S. recruitment is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, or similar platforms.
- Good knowledge of ATS/CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and candidate-screening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
